"Leave your watch behind... you're on 'Island Time~!'. Whether you golf, sail, fish, or just love 'islanding' on the Outer Banks, everyone, both young and old, will find something to enjoy in our wonderful beach home.

This is a pet friendly, smoke free home with all of the features of the Village at Nags Head Beach Club, including a community pool, tennis courts and a free shuttle during the summer season.

Located on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, Island Time~! is ideal for young families, golfing couples, friend or business retreats. It offers sweeping views of the Roanoke Sound, island breezes from sun and shade decks, and a gated lower deck! The home is also within walking distance to both sound and ocean.

Bring your laptop and "stay connected" through Island Time's secure wireless Internet. HD TV with free On Demand movies and select premium movie channels is available in the Great Room, and all bedrooms have TVS with digital cable.

And after a fun day at the beach sit back and relax in the large hot tub, enjoy a cool drink in the porch swing conversation area, or watch the kite and wind surfers from the home's upper deck. A covered sand box, bikes, grill and outdoor shower, DVDs, games, puzzles and a family book exchange are are also provided. Our home also allows short stays (3-night minimum).

Island Time~! has been redecorated and renovated by the owners, and offers custom window treatments, dimmers on lighting in dining and kitchen/bar areas, and a great stereo system. The home sleeps 10 comfortably:

Four bedrooms, two full baths and half bath on lower level
Master bedroom w/private bath, king pillow top mattress, private access to gated lower deck

Island Time~! rents from Saturday to Saturday and all bed linens and towels are furnished. Beds are made prior to arrival and a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty cleans the home on check out day.
